Our graduates in all five countries are on long-term career paths, with 90% of our graduates still employed 9 months into their jobs (and counting!).
For Generation, 2016 will be a year of achieving scale.
As of today, we’ve already reached approximately 3,700 young people, and we are on pace to surpass 10,000 students by year’s end, which—in just two years since our launch—would make us one of the largest global youth employment programs.
2. How much does it cost to recruit and train a Generation USA graduate in our healthcare program versus traditional employer training programs?
Employers spend a lot on training and recruiting. Not only does it cost less to train Generation grads, but they perform. In fact, 100% of supervisors would recommend hiring another Generation grad!
4. How much time do nurse supervisors say they save per shift thanks to Generation India graduates who work with them?
Time saved is time that can be spent on other important tasks. 80% of nurse supervisors say that Generation grads save them 30-60 minutes per shift. That’s real value for the employer.
5. How many of the managers who have hired Generation Mexico graduates would hire them again?
Our graduates are a big hit with their managers in all five of our countries. How do we know? Not only would they hire them again, but they say things like: “Whatever you guys are doing — it is working!"
